Dr Mitchell was a lovely boss, a good man.

We both have great fondness for this very special man. I had the great pleasure of working with Terry and he was the kindest most compassionate doctor I have ever worked with. David as his patient will always hold Terry in the highest esteem as he always went the extra mile for him, his care fantastic, his humour wonderful.
